Priced by your home, not by the hour

Cancel or reschedule free of charge with more than 24 hours notice, by phone, text or email to the office. Inside that window a $79 cancellation fee applies, because the slot has been held and the cleaner has been scheduled. Telling the crew at your door does not count as notice — it has to reach the office.

Payment is taken online when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac transfer. Cash is not accepted as standard — if that is a problem, contact the office before booking. A receipt is emailed automatically to the address used on the booking, so it is worth checking that address is right.

There is a one-hour arrival window either side of your booked time, which covers traffic and whatever the previous job threw up. Anything beyond that and we will contact you before the visit rather than leave you waiting.

The rate follows the actual gap between visits, not the label on your booking. A bi-weekly customer who skips one visit creates a four-week gap, so the next clean is charged at the monthly rate. A bi-weekly customer who adds a visit in between creates a one-week gap and gets the weekly rate on the next two. Nothing is hidden — the price is recalculated when the schedule changes.

Appreciated, never expected. If you would like to, 10 to 15 percent of the cleaning fee is the usual range. It can be left in cash or added to your card payment, and the cleaner receives all of it.

Tell us at booking that there are pets in the home. It helps if they are secured during the visit, and if anything has been picked up after them — litter boxes and accidents on the floor are outside what our crews handle. If a pet will be roaming free, say so in advance so the crew can be careful with doors. We are not responsible for a pet that gets out while the cleaners are coming and going.
