Flat-rate cleans start at $119.99 CAD plus HST. The exact figure appears on the booking form before confirmation. - Recurring discounts: weekly 20% off, bi-weekly 15%, tri-weekly 12%, monthly 10%. More than a month between visits and the next clean is a First Time Clean again. - A First Time Clean is a $125 add-on, required if the home has not been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days. It is not bookable on its own. - Move-in / move-out is a $200 add-on and needs an empty home with electricity and running water. It adds inside all appliances and inside all cabinets. - One-time hourly service is $75 per hour with a three-hour minimum. - Every cleaner is interviewed in person by the owners and passes a criminal record check. About one applicant in ten is hired. The company carries liability insurance. - Guarantee: report anything missed within 24 hours and a team returns within 7 days at no charge. The re-clean is the standard remedy; refunds are considered case by case. - Cancellations need 24 hours notice; a $79 fee applies inside that window. - Payment is taken online at booking: Visa, Mastercard or Interac.
